| Cannot believe that we are the first one to sign the guest book! To everyone at the Barrel, thank you so much for making our holiday at Nidri so special! We love the food and the service is outstanding, we are already dreaming of our holiday in Nidri for next year - the 5 year of visiting Lefkas, we just have not found another place that we enjoy so much coming to.

| The food in Your restaurant is absolutely great in taste and in appearance. As I told, I probably had the best meal in my life sofar in the Barrel. But it's not "only" the food but also the atmosphere created by the great staff that makes the Barrel a special place and worth visiting, or rather a absolute must. Just like Ursula and Stephen, we're already waiting for the next trip to Lefkas and the Barrel. Can't wait to meet you guys again.

| For more than a decade,year after year we always try other restaurants but none could top or even come close to The Barrel.The combination of good food,good service,great atmosphere and great staff gives The Barrel very special place in our hart.We would like to thank everyone at The Barrels for making our 2005 holidays at Nidri extra special.Special thanks to Maria for the incredible chocolat soufle ;-)See you next year for sure.Love and kisses from Holland! |

| We've got the good food guide and you've got The barrel... so role out the barrel you should all be proud of what you guys can produce in that wonderful place called the barrel, we have never been so privilege to taste food such as this at such good value for money with the standards so high just this will bring us back to lefkas,Myself and sharon would like to thank the barrel as a whole for such a wonderful time and experience,if you are looking to extend the restaurant can you open one in skiathos & stevenage p.s. hope all of the kittens are doing well and all of the customers keep them well fed!!! | To everybody of the barrel
September 2005 was for us the third time that we visited you in nidri.
A whole time ago but we will write this letter before the new season for you will begin. Lefkas is for us a lovely holiday island, where we have enjoyed the sun the water and especially the The Barrel.
The hospitality the service and the lovely food made our holiday complete.
It had to enjoy each time again your hospitality and tremendous service. We will certainly advise this to everybody that nidri will visit.
Therefore thanks to the chef, and all of you.
We wish you a good and healthily 2006. The greetings to everybody and hopefully good-bye

| We've been visiting you for two weeks a year for the last 5 years. Every year the food gets better but this May it was unbelievable. I understand that there is not a Greek god of Food but if there was he would eat with you.Please send me more Spinach & Feta crepes as I am having withdrawal symptoms. |

| Dear Anestis and everyone at the Barrel
The 6th year of visiting Nidri and 5 years of eating at the Barrel. Once again the food has been outstanding and indeed seems to get better every year! Thank you so much for giving us yet again a wonderful holiday, as one of your local people said to us on our first day 'Welcome Home' Nidri really feels now home from home and you, your family and staff have contributed so much to our love of your lovely island.
